I enjoyed staying at Hotel Arcade during my biz trip. They offer all I need including a gym. Very helpful and friendly staff everywhere. Their facilities are brand new and spotless. Highly recommended for biz travellers

Good location and good staff service... however I cannot comment about the price it’s not cheap but with quality rebated? I got an awkward morning call at 530am which mixed up with Other tour groups. At least maintain quality in confidentiality of individual Guest. Don’t mix up Chinese all Chinese please. Treat client with respect.
Beautiful.clean ,the staff is friendly. The rooms are very big even for a single room. Love this hotel . Best of the best .
I was in a business trip in this hotel it suggests a good services for reasonable price (for Switzerland scale). The rooms are clean and daily cleaning service is doing a good job. The staff is really professional and attentive, especially receptionists were always fast to solve any question or help in any a non standard situation which a visitor might face. Thank you very much! :)
Due to an Army Mission I lived in this Hotel. The staff was very friendly and we could reach them anytime if we needed anything.
