Hi I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and Karen is just the best! She is so sweet, has an amazing way with kids, and above all genuine. Whenever we go I hope to get her and sometimes we do, which makes the experience so much better.

I had an appointment on Saturday at 1pm and was 30 minutes late which I take responsibility for since I went to Paterson location instead of Passaic location. Angelica at the front desk said I would have to reschedule since they close at 2pm. I would have understood if the website did not say they close at 3pm. She was very calm and sweet and out of her control. However, the other receptionist Angela who was not at the front at the time was giggling in the back with another employee made my son and I extremely uncomfortable to the point he did not want to be seen. The supervisor Melissa said the hygienist leave at 2. I than asked who does marketing because the website says 3pm closing. She said the owner who comes once a year. Than as I was going to reschedule she gave me her manager Esther’s card. I said will she pick up? because the office never does. And she said “Good luck with that” I also texted the office and at 12:50 when I realized my mistake I texted and texted no reply. They said the person in charge is of texting is off. Not my problem. Bad business. They also failed to send me a reminder card of missed appt for cleaning. And my number was not updated when I made appt. However they managed to text me previously. Lack of common sense. As I’m writing this review Angela is still giggling looking write at me. In the end, my son was seen and the hygienist are so great. I will continue to come here. To make this worst one of the hygienist said to a coworker “Just like Paterson I can’t walk through”. Being born and raised in Paterson the comment was unnecessary and just wrong. As my son is the last patient in the office, I can hear the girls and even doctors talking and laughing about a little girl that was crying and why she was there. I’m in the medical field and that’s a huge violation of HIPA. So awful. Again my doctor was nice and the hygienist was not complaining about wanting to go. She also confirmed they do not leave at 2pm!!!! I might reconsider
Karen is awesome! She is super sweet and is an great hygienist. It always was a pleasure getting my teeth cleaned by her!
I have been taking both of my girls here for years and the service is great. The staff are amazing I definitely recommend.
I personally go to this dentist and the staff is really friendly and the work really good! Definitely amazing! They have golden coins to get toys that motivate kids to get their work done!
