Poor quality food but expected because of the prices, hygiene is quite okay but unworthy of the name restaurant, only serve fastfood

Snackbar is in their name, but they are more than a regular snackbar. It's a snackbar! Besides the standard snacks you would expect from a snackbar, they also offer many (fresh!) Surinamese dishes. I tried their roti, bara, tempeh and Javanese noodles, all are of high quality and very fresh. If you eat meat, try their fried chicken. Staff is a bit shy, but very friendly. A jewel hidden in Lelystad.
