Our Albert Hein is huge, has a wonderful staff, everything is easy to find, the hallways are very spacious and it is the one shop open till 10 pm in my village hahaha so I am totally content..

I only see errogant strange and rude people here. I lately buy a pack of eggs at home I discovered that its missing one egg. I also saw some customers once playing with the eggs pack and switching them with different more expensive once. We also had once someone there asking us while paying to check our groceries may be he thought we are stealing. Really rude way. We used to use the fidelity card from the cashier if we forgot ours in other AH but here no one will help it's like they are happy for you when you don't use the reclama. Hopefully I am moving this is the worst AH.

2 carts for 2 people that will be sticking together anyways to grab groceries is silly, and having 4 guys hugging the whole fridge yoghurt area for restock is also not smart. It's like you put minimum effort in your strategy with the virus and maximum discomfort for your costumers. You have a full store of people with a cart each barely moving unable to keep distance while shopping ...
