Pavlevchev as an attempt to provide an innovative analytical platform, the end product of which could be represented as an analysis based on the principles of impartiality, objectivity and legitimacy. Our focus is on the methodologies, techniques, strategies and conceptual formats that our European and Euro-Atlantic allies use to optimize the dividends generated by the interaction and/or counteracting the main trends within the EU, as well as geopolitical events. C.E.S.A. would attempt to increase awareness of EU citizens regarding the necessities of the Union as an entity and the state of current European events. Furthermore C.E.S.A. is partnering with the EU and is a member of #CohesionAlliance.
