Mrs Gordan As discussed the warranty document covers you for leaks penetrating into the roof!! Your property has no leaks and therefore requires no further action!! If you have a leak we will be out within 24hrs. however in the long term we will look at the minor issue with gel coat when were in your area. Kind Regards Terry Cummins

Guarantee not worth paper it is written on. Mr Cummins installed a fibre glass flat roof about 17 years ago, on my mother's property. The installation carried a 20 year guarantee. A small repair is now needed. When first telephoned Mr Cummins promised to drop round within 2 weeks (that was in June 2018). He did not, and I have been unable to contact him since - no response to emails, texts or phone calls. The date is now September 2018 - that is over 3 months!

AVOID! had a flat roof fiberglassed paid more for the 'better/longer lasting' option with 20 year guarantee which leaked within a year. When we called them to repair we were told they would come out several times but never showed up and now they no longer answer calls or emails.
