I cannot recommend this office. The staff made me feel like just another patient showing no sort of care for my condition as well as seeming to just move me along without listening to my concerns. Despite this premonition I decided to move forward with getting an allergy test. I was told that someone would call me in 24-48 hours with my results. It has been over two weeks with no call and no response to the various voicemails that I’ve left with multiple staff. It’s a shame as it really is t that tough to have decent customer service these days. Unfortunately if you decide to go this office just be warned that the staff isn’t really trying to help.

Dr.Mendel and his staff members have been very supportive and tentative to my needs. I spent years suffering from nasal congestion and infections, being administered a cocktail of antibiotics that would supply me with temporary relief only. Having Dr.Mendel has my surgeon has been life altering. Him and his staff made my nasal surgery a smooth journey from start to finish. I am grateful to have found such a professional and caring place that immediately restored my health. Thank you everyone!

Very clean office and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately I came in with difficulty breathing thru my nose and surgery was recommended. I went ahead with the surgery and I'm only a few months removed and see virtually no improvement whatsoever. I am now going to another doctor to see what can be done to treat my nose. While the people were nice, the office was clean, etc. at the end of the day I spent a lot of money and left with virtually no results. The flip side is a co-worker of mine got the exact same surgery from Dr. Mandel and had a good outcome. With that being said, my rating reflects my results and satisfaction from my experience. I hope other people get relief from Dr. Mandel because not being able to breathe thru your nose is terrible!

Exceptional service from the moment of my first visit up to my post visit. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of their duties. Dr. Mandell explained every detail of my MIPS procedure. In so much that I had no reservations or doubts. The offices are also clean and each individual staff practicing PPE guidelines. I highly recommend South Florida Sinus and Allergy to anyone seeking medical services for allergies or sleep disorders.
