Feels like the type of place Rocky would have trained at in the 70s. Most of the equipment is old and clumsy. There it's an unwelcomed mixture of different types of plates. You need to perform a balancing act when setting up the bench.... but, with a bit of determination and resolve, you can squeeze out a pretty decent workout.

Great place to exercise with good intructors, however the class accomodate the non working class the non working class. The moastly start at 8am,when most working class people's shift start .
