Its my first time here and my Gel polish came off right away, the guy was in a hurry to do my nails. I called the following day to see if they can fix it but they said no i had to get another fill . Disappointed wont be coming back.

Had an appointment for 2:00. Showed up at 2:00 and noticed they only had 3 techs and ALL were busy with customers with another one waiting. I waited a few minutes and then inquired how long would I be waiting as I had an appointment. The lady in charge told me it would be awhile because they were short handed. When I made my appointment that morning, there was no mention of being short handed. Very unprofessional as the girl and people being waited on were walk in’s. Apparently an appointment here means NOTHING. Waste of my time

everything is very simple. they just rinse your feet & paint your nails. They never carve you off your dead skin. I dindt like it at all.

They can be rough and aggressive when taking care of you. The quality isn’t the worst but could improve a lot. It’s some what unorganized and mess.
