I had to pass by a facial digital thermometer as soon as I entered the lobby of the hospital. Which I think is awesome and it made me feel comfortable. When the in take admitting person insured me the chair, computer and pen had been thoroughly cleaned between patients, I became impressed with hygiene enhancement used by this hospital. When seeing everyone masked and with gloves on when I went for set up of my IV and in surgical suite, I felt safe. Yes, as safe as possible. All the people I came in contact with personally, were so, so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy my Doctor chose this particular hospital. Kudos to all, especially my admitting person, my registered nurse that set up my IV and my recovery room nurse. Thank you all and may God continue to bless and keep you safe on the front line.

I don’t always write reviews unless I’m very compelled to do so, I have been going to this hospital from one of my child’s birth in the past to all my emergency needs, and almost always greeted by friendly staffs , this time it was a bit different, after getting admitted for an overnight observation, I had a shift Nurse named NICO assigned to me which he was such a professional and caring individual. He made me very comfortable and answering all my questions within his expertise, and I appreciate him for all that. However, when it was time for him to go home and his relief shift came in, the situation turns into an unpleasant one. First of all the relieving Nurse was looking unhappy to see me and not showing much car from there after, whenever I ring the bell for assistance it always took her between 30-40 minutes to arrive with argumentative response and trying not to answer my questions, by the way the same goes to her nursing assistance ,I was disappointing and did NOT appreciated at all. Overall, I like the hospital that provides one of the best services in the valley and care to the community.

I’m very satisfied with this hospital. My mother is here for surgery on her spine and we came in with dim thoughts. After Doctor Schneier performed the procedure he was quick to come out to the waiting room to let us know what he did and how he felt about her outcome. He was able to make all of us at ease and seemed very confident that she will be fine. She already has a room and will be here overnight. Thank you for everything!!! ps- This hospital is very clean, has a lot of new equipment, a couple different waiting areas and a nice cafe to eat at.

Being in an ER alone is scary, but necessary during a pandemic. The staff in both the night shift and day shift made me feel safe and taken care of, even being there alone. The PA made me feel heard, understood and ultimately safe. All of the nursing and radiology staff also kept me informed about what they were doing to me. I left feeling a lot better about what was going on knowing there wasn’t anything critical happening to me. Even though they were busy both shifts, I still completely confident in saying this was a positive trip to the ER. I am thankful for all of them.
