Extremely poor customer service at your BRU airport. Very shameful. Willing to pay with Amex and despite showing the sign their system do not work. I have been asking for a complaint form, and nobody was willing to give it. No manager on duty. Shameful !

Well they called duty free but really it's cheeper to buy somewhere else than airport. But they have lots of chocolate and they price is not that bad.
