Wow these people went above and beyond to help me sort my trophies quick quick. Would Reccomend!
We handed in a leather bag on the 3rd of April. It was said that it would be ready on the 6th of April. We went in the 8th and it was still not ready. Around two or three times (10th and 13th of May) we went in again and it was still not done. On this pass Saturday, 18 May we went in and it STILL wasn't done. The guy said he is literally busy with it as we speak and we must come back Monday. We went there today and it STILL NOT DONE. He even asked us to come back in 30 minutes, however we could not wait. We will return tomorrow, hopefully this time it will be done. Best thing is, it is already paid for. I find this ATROCIOUS and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. We are considering asking for the product back and a refund, but if the service is so bad how difficult would it be to get a refund. 0 Stars Please do not come with explanations and apologies. Get our product fixed!

Very good shoe repair work
I brought my bag the Wednesday in for repairs and was told to collect it the Saturday. I was not able to collect it until the next week Wednesday - 3 days after the told day and I was asked to wait 10min as my bag was still needing to be finished. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
