Quick service. Just a note : the washing gets done off site - In a place very far away from the shop. Person accepting washing is not very friendly/ helpful. Even though I got my laundry back quickly, I will be going elsewhere.
They wash your clothes mixed with other people's clothes. I gave in a full batch of white shirts/denim and short and almost every piece came back with red/purple and pink wash stains on them. Absolutely would not recommend. Can't believe they mix clothes in the washers.
I handed my washing in on two separate occasions and when returned I noticed several items of mine were missing. On top of this, I received other people’s clothing in return, proving that the laundromat were mixing items when washing. My roommate also received other people’s clothes back as well as my neighbor. The several missing items totaled to well over R2000. Absolutely shocking that a business can be run in this way. The owner proceeded to tell me that it was my fault.
Friendly and efficient service. I’ve only used laundromats in Europe before. The Laundromat tops them all.
Excellent service from the Laundromat, staff were friendly and helpful, followed my requests to the tee without any issues. Will gladly take my laundry and dry cleaning there again.

I got terrible service. I handed in my washing and didn’t receive all my washing back. After I asked how it works with missing items they kept saying they will look for it. Nobody explained the terms and conditions. Apparently I have to count every single piece of clothing in front of them before and after. The lady at the counter was arrogant and unhelpful as if it wasn’t her business. After a week of struggling to contact someone nobody contacted me. I believe missing items happens on a regular basis. They are not professional or organised with regards to customer service before or after the washing is done. I will never go back to them again.
