Third time calling to get a PCM, first called was on hold for over a hour, then phone hung up.. Second call waited for 30mins no answer hung-up, third been on hold for 40mins and holding. BE PATIENT THEY ANSWER... 1 Hour and 30 Minute hold, but got through with exceptional customer service.

This office will not answer their phone. This is how they treat their veterans. I would give them negative stars if I could.
Horrible service. They never answer the phone. They will make your process 10 times longer and worst. I don’t recommend them to anyone
More convenient than going to the VA hospital
Very unprofessional. If you rely on them for any type of help you rather die of a heart attack first than receive the help you need. They never answer their phones and cannot read notes or call back. It is very sad this is how this country is treating our Veterans...
