I just (3 days ago) received a coupon in the mail for 99 cleaning/X-ray/Exam and wanted to use it toward a first visit and I was told they could not honor it. They tried to tell me if I read the fine print it had been expired, but I kindly told her it’s dated for 12/31/21 and they still did not want to honor it and informed me that reg price was 150-250. I understand that they could have been sent out unintentionally but that’s also not my fault as a potential patient. The business should honor that coupon instead of simply saying they don’t want to. I was also notified that I wasn’t the only one asking either. In the end she said it would then be a Corp issue but nothing they can do for me now regardless. Just a shame to be spoken to like that and treated like my business doesn’t matter. Makes it appear as though they feel they can turn away patients at their leisure, and to me that’s beyond unprofessional. I hope this goes to Corp so nobody else has to be made to feel less for inquiring about a coupon for a service they got a “phony” flyer for. Disappointed.

Standard of treatment is very high, and all the Staff are very friendly and nice. Dr. Murray is very skilled and as patient as a saint! Especially capable and totally charming is Dental Hygienist Lilia who has helped me overcome some quite serious gum issues and live to crunch things another day. Altogether a wonderful dental practice and I highly recommend them.

I am new to Vegas and pay out-of-pocket for my dental care. Summerlin Dental is among the best care I’ve ever received and I’ve been extremely impressed by their level of professionalism. What really brought me back was my amazing dental hygienist, Lilia. I’ve booked multiple appointments with her because she’s so thorough and patient and has gone out of her way to make sure I understand what’s going on with my oral health and how I can continue to use the best practices to make sure I’m healthy. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment with her! ️
