STOP...DON’T use SunCoast Hearing service!!!They were provided with 2,500.00 from my insurance and charge me 5,000.00. So we got the best product. One of my hearing aids broke and I had bought insurance so the hearing aid was covered. But, Sun Coast charged 350.OO for his fitting. This was OK, but when I needed to replace the right side again. It wasn’t covered by my insurance. Therefore, I bought it directly from Starky’s representative...when I told Rick that I bought it directly from Starky. The Starky rep. attempted an appointment from Sun Coast... Rick put me off for over a month. So, he, basically left me hanging. He told the Starky rep. “We need to take care of our customers first.” The company sent me to another provider. It has been over 2 months and it has cost over 3,500.OO to pay another provider for the fitting and buy the hearing aid. What a rip off.

My dad has had bad experiences in the past with hearing aid places but this place has the BEST customer service and maintenance with his hearing aids. His hearing loss is work related and they have worked with me on getting his reimbursements that are related. I would recommend this place to everyone!
