The Bus Depot had been constructed with great fanfare and it was expected that the big shopping would attract large crowds of buyers and investors. But somehow the whole project fell flat on its back. One more reason was that many of the buses that used to leave from Adajan were rerouted to other Bus Depots resulting in lesser traffic. Although the place is good but there is not business neither are there many buses. What a waste of money

Big Bus Station. All bus station renewed and it build as shopping mall with bus station. Many shops and offices available here in. Many kind of brands shop open here. This place is very clear. Parking area also available. 1st Bus station in Surat which renewed as build as shopping mall with bus stand.

I visited this place first time. Went up to 4th floor, place is well ventilated having enough common space. Well design layout, well fire safety administration.
