Worst Delivery. Specially Surat office. They hold my parcel for 5 days without any reason... even after knowing it was priority delivery from my bank... have got many trouble because of them... and best part is there Customer care people are also very stubborn and never resolve your issue...

It is a third grade courier service. My parcel is shipped from Iran on 21st and till date i am not getting the delivery and your office staff is giving only one reply that you will get delivery today. I am so sorry to say that i informed to my client to put this courier on black list and henceforth do not send any parcel through this courier.

Liars & unreliable! They didn't come for delivery on stated date and in their system they lied about it saying the office was closed. Plus they took two more days and multiple days before delivering the product.
