Bought treadmill Su890t from there. Poor service. Treadmill had so many issues from 3rd month onwards. We keep on calling for service but they refused to turn up. As soon as six months of warranty lapsed,they agreed to come up. Charged 3000 rs just for visit at Ahwa Dangs, apart from 4k for a part change. Six months warranty is too short and they don't provide free service out of Surat. Pathetic service. Dont get trapped.

HI ARROW. My name is suhail and I was very happy to use your product since 2008. As it is machine it requires maintenance. but your services is not good in surat for other place I dont know.. I was requesting for spare parts of arrow treadmil. But your technician Abdullah told me to bring the treadmil to service centre. In this case he should provide me spare part or he should send technician to visit.. How can he advised me to bring the treadmil to service centre. Worst . plzz revert back. with action I am sending call recording as in attachment ..and the picture of cable That I am looking for.. plzzz help. regards
