mail done to amendment in birth date and got SRN (ref number) and 2 reminders (every time got SRN) BUT No response AT ALL!!! How to relay upon their service when police holder is in hospital or in advert situation??? Additionally, since no response from company, gotten new policy and request to cancel previous policy by mail BUT again only SRN without any response!!!!
