Too much unwanted calls and sms after get once purchase on emi. I felt now i did wrong decision to buy from bajaj finance because they will irritated you daily everytime by call and sms. I request many times to stop it or remove my number from their database but no any response. Dont buy or use any service from bajaj finance its my opinion by experience.

Very rude behavior from Bajaj Finance office staff. They use token system and wait time to resolve our issues is more than 1 hour always. Their counter 1 and Counter 2 people are very rude behaviors. They provide random answers to customers. We can't expect this types of facilities from Bajaj as a customer. Counter 1 and Counter 2 are working extremely slow. They can't understand questions as well and provide us Random and Rude answers. They advise to contact on email then why Bajaj hired them actually? To just seat there and do time pass?
