This is not a review for banking work etc. This is just for information to H.O at kolkata. I went along with my wife to open an account at adajan branch, surat on 23rd of december 2020. That day was my wife's birthday and the same day was birthday of Bandhan bank as well. Well till today that is 9th January 2021...my account has not activated...still under process. In this era of smart computing, i dont think an account should need to activate for such a long period of time, 17 days passed. I heard that it is a very good bank and working good, hope you see my massage and rectify the slow process in near future. Regards Kaushik Sahini.
