Had an opportunity to attend official function at Diamond Hall at Bombay Blues at City plus multiplex. The place is on the outskirts of Surat city close to Airport. The place has a restaurant Bombay Blues and has facilities for children games. It also has a hall with comfortable capacity of around 125 persons. The place is neat and clean, hygienic and a good place for a value for money functions. The food is good especially the Sitaphal desert. Has ample parking space and the only issue is it is slightly far from city but those who are interested in a decent place at competitive price then this is the place
