I went to this place for body waxing. 1stly had terrible experience. The 1st patch itself was severely painful. Couldn't proceed further. Then mistakenly I forgot my wallet after changing my clothes. Being such a big salon, I still lost Rs. 2000/- & as usual they denied it. So writing here to all, to be aware of your belongings especially if you have to change your clothes or go for shower. In fact I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Worst experience. They have no value for time and schedule. I walked in for beard trimming. I was asked to wait for 15 min, after waiting 15 minutes, I mentioned I can come back after 45 minutes, if its going to take more time. But attendant said it's good if I wait more 5-10 min. After waiting extra 45 minutes, I went to attendant, but Attendant changed by that time, and new attendant told me that I should have got appointment over call, I explained that I understand but I was already given time over the counter. Somehow they don't log appointment for walk-ins. I was waiting for 1 full hour, before I get by beard trimmed. IF YOU HAVE TONS OF FREE TIME AND WANTED TO GET FRUSTRATED, YOU SHOULD COME TO CHER.

Quality is not commensurate with the pricing. Hair cut was shabby and got a sharp cut while shaving. Not even worth trying this. Very expensive with dis satisfactory levels of service. Only ambience is nice decent and people are courteous.
