It gives a public transport services between hazira and ghogha. It saves fuel and time for pessangers. It connects south gujarat with Saurashtra. We can get enjoyment by sea transportation and get a rest from driving. It has huge area for car, vehicles and long vehicles. There are total three types of sitting arrangements, economy class, business class and executive class. It takes total 4 hours from origin port to destination port. There is a canteen area too for taking food. We can move easily inside cruise and can see good sightseeing in the middle of sea. There are many televisions for movie. It has fully air-conditioned sitting arrangements. But it is not maintained well. There is no cooling inside sometimes, no any responsible person to get proper reply. You can book a ticket by its website.

Choose this service only if you are traveling for enjoyment. If you need to be reach somewhere on a particular time, don't rely on them and choose any other means of travel instead. I have tried it a couple of time and have regretted my decision both the times. The departure is always delayed by at least 1.5 - 2 hours without any prior information. They don't even have any waiting area for the passengers on the port. The senior staff is extremely unprofessional and and have no answers for our questions. The air conditioning in the sitting cabins on the ship doesn't work properly and gives no cooling. Travelling during covid, many of the staff members themselves don't wear a mask. There is no social distancing. The washrooms are extremely unclean, dirty and smelly. Even after writing this review, I wonder if the company is going to change it's approach and improve its services.

DOJ 21 Feb 2021 - We thought it would be exciting onboard such a lovely ROPAX vessel. But in fact we had a very bad experience as the onboard executive cabin AC's were not functioning & the washroom's were in a mess. Didn't expect this kind of services after paying a decent amount of money for car along with a family of 4. The onboard management team was just avoiding our question so as to why ac's were not working & they said they are going to be replaced soon. So we felt cheated & robbed of our money. If the ac's were not functioning then why was the vessel kept in operation at the first place? SURELY NOT going onboard this vessel again to be cheated by the company.

Very Very bad service. they have changed trip timing without informing to customer. They hired some unprofessional company to maintain websites. Even they have removed trip timing from website.

Best for traveling to Saurashtra. They have Food arrangements and they have opened the sky deck.

PSYCHOKNOWMICS COUNSELING & EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Highly unprofessional, punctuality is zero. First our boarding timings were 3.00 pm then they postponed it to 5.30 at the end moment. Worst is after that the boarding happen at 6.30 and the ship took off 6.45 - 7. The staff themselves are not wearing masks, nor the passengers and no action taken by them. The toilets are nightmare. I wish there was an option of zero star!

Most of the time the ship is running late by hours., And also dg sea are having 4 helpline numbers but none of the numbers are ever picked up and thats really annoying.
