A great place for viewing Tapi River & Sea Gulls. Though this place require maintenance work & quality Washrooms. Children will surely love this place because of the birds & few play options.
Nice place with activities outside . Place is looking so nice and beautiful specially morning activities . Landscape garden with distinguished architecture design. Includes features of dutch cemeteries.
Nothing there, worst place. Don't waste your time. Even a street corner garden will look better. Better change the name it is bringing disgrace to current name.

The Dutch Garden served as a resting place for English and Dutch people where they used to stay. The history of this garden is quite interesting. Before independence, many English and Dutch travellers had come to Surat and established trade. In a large space, they settled business and that is the place which is known as Dutch Garden nowadays. Very good spot on the banks of River Tapi. Excellent for morning walkers & bird watchers. Park has a few exercising equipments also. Only hitch for giving it 2 stars is, upkeep of the park is very poor. SMC claims their city is number 2 in ranking, they need to reintrospect.
