Very bad. Dont have knowledge of diagnosing of root cause problem provlem. Generate bill of 20000 to 25000 for a one problem but after replacing problem still persist. Now they saying the fault was anotherone. Fraudulently generate previous bill. Dont even try for repair. What ever is in minor fault they ask to replace a whole major thing. Its very costly. After that not sure for resolution of problem.

One of the cheater company and service center I m send my ecosport for 15 days but not rectify my solution just paint n Recovery only insurance amounts and when complain in company service guy use argument words do not next time send car without showing me in service center. I m this complain share to all over India and corporate office if ford in manufacturer unit.

When surat ford was new they were having so flexible staff who use to give solution anyhow and today THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER ,GIVE ONLY SCRIPTED RATES AND SIMPLY DO HANG UP which is definitely insulting. FINALLY FRAUD KING FORD GOT A SAME FRIEND . SURAT FORD HAS DEGRADED AND JUST HATE IT NOW
