Pathetic service. Had booked creta on 26th december. Then cancelled booking in february, from that day onwards their attitude completlly changed. They started saying that they cant give refund as their owner is out of town , so cheque cannot be signed. What a joke. Anyways, i might have called them 5-6 times. Finally, after waiting for close to 1.5 months i got the cheque on march 18. To my utter shock the cheque bounced & i had to 295 rs penalty for cheque bounce. Which dealer does that???? If you dont even have 11000 rs in account , then please dont give cheque, atleast we will be saved from cheque bounce penalty. When i called to inform the same, they said they will inform me when they can give cheque again. What a great answer!!!!!. Tired of calling them , so i finally thought of writing this review. Thank god i did not buy car from them . God knows how they would have treated if i had come for car service. Will never think of buying a car from them again after such horrible experience.
