The staff at the reception has no sence on how to handle situation or to talk to a person. I have been studying here since 6 years, still the staff dosen't know how to speak to a student or a parent or even know how to properly address to a person talking to them.

When a parent pay such a high fee, we expect the staff to be friendly, respectful and courteous ; which I find missing. Also, when you ask us at the end of session, if the student will be continuing next year or not, inform us that, if they dont join, we will have to pay a hefty fine to get the TC. Keep information crisp and clear. Also, class teachers need to have better English knowledge if you are keeping English as the language of communication. Lot of grammatical and pronunciation mistakes. Other than that, school is good, with nice campus.
