I kept my car for regular service on saturday,as navjivan's executive came n pick my car and then after some time I received call that your car is received but it will be ready on monday. So now it was Monday I received call from navjivan Hyundai that your car will be ready in 30 min to 60 min .. so I gone to pick my car but at the time of pick up I came to know my hyundai verna car has been damaged from front and back and they didn't even informed me about it. Although they repaired me same but that too on my Insurance and insurance different amount was also paid by me.... overall very poor experience for me from navjivan Hyundai udhna for second time. :( :(

Technical Staff does not have proper knowledge...I have given my Car for AC repairing work as it was not working but they kept my car for a week and even after that they were not able to diagnose the exact problem....

Very bad service for old modal cars, if u have an old car and u have issues with it then they will give u rates which a customer won't accept and they can get away by saying that its customes choice to repair or not.... Imagine if u have an issue with your engine and they says that u will have to pay 15000 for estimate.... Shocked??? ... Same here... They told me that I will have to pay 1200 to 1500 for estimate as I have engine noise issue and next day they calls and says that I have to pay 15000 for estimate as they have to open my engine... My question is why didn't they informed me about this 15000 charge to check my engine?... Once I decided not to go with their service they says that I have to pay 1200 for estate which they have not done as they didn't even checked my engine .... So the conclusion is that if u owned a hundai car and it's turned old they u won't be provided the service u require

Many times they not delivered car in a day. I face many problems like parts not available and rest all. I usually wait for part 3-5 for that. Service is good. They not assign one customer one adviser so they always alot new adviser. Pick up drop service available. Accept gpay, neft, rtgs, cash etc.

Many more line to line in service and parts so bad time consuming. Hyundai need more service station for quickly service..
