Be aware .staff can make u fool. My debit card validity was over in dec. Icici bank automatically dispatched my new debit card via blue dart courier service.unfortunatily it couldn't deliverd to my house and returned to head office. When i went for inquiry regarding redespatch of my debit card this branch's one staff told me my debit card was first time despatched in November and due to it was already returnd( though its not my fault) he told me that i have to make fresh request for it which take me 500rs charges. Then i tried from my imobile application and made my redespatch request from it. Today i got my debit card in working condition without paying any money. So beware before giving charges .

This is located on the Ring Road. The branch is spacious and the best thing I liked about this branch of ICICI bank is their staff members. Everybody is helpful here. If I mention a name then it's is Dhruvish (not sure of exact spelling), he impressed me the most with his customer service. He was very proactive, helpful and very polite. He tried everything to solve my concerns. Not only he but other staff members are also very professional and helpful. You can approach anybody if you need any assistance. It's very well organised branch. I haven't seen such a good & customer friendly bank-branch before. It has got ATM, cash depositing machine, passbook printing kiosk, warm, normal & cold water for customers.

Hello friends let me share with you my experience with this branch of ICICI I have visited this branch very nice branch good supportive and cooperative staff nice architecture but due to heavy flow of customer you have to wait over there even for small updation work also but over effort of staff to maintain customer satisfaction is remarkable I like this branch thank you so much for reading have a great day :)

Very bad experience....there is no facility of parking of vehicles Even bank is not bothered about to mention out side there premises "sorry we have no parking, only one security man on the door he is also not advising to do not park vehicles on front of bank even though he knows everything. Bank managers are on leave No body wants to take any responsibility toward customer satisfaction..... There is a long queue for the loan department and only 2 staff are handling them....from private sector bank we can never expect this...... One ridiculous thing is that this branch and another 2-3 branch's of icici bank has removed digital token system.....and SBI has introduced in......... My personal experience in surat city SBI is providing such a good service than icici. -2 star

I gave him to 4.5 star but one or two bank staffs are rudely behevily to the coustomer and the other reason are the parking.sometime toing vehical toing our vehicals and fined charges..it hard to pay to the coustomer. So,Arrenge the parking for coustomer.
