worst customer service ever please be aware with them, they are the fraud bank unnecessarily they will deduct the money from our account and every representative always lies to the customer they took my 1200 rps for no reason and they promised to refund me in 8 working days and now it's more than 20 days they haven't paid a single amount and some of the executive just disconnect the call it's rudely customer service and I will definitely go to the consumer court for taking amount from our bank for no reason cheaters

Worst service .... Refunds take 10 days ....... They can do online payments too but still LAZY STAFF Guys this bank is fraud ....when they call me for personal loan they told me that rate of interest is 11% and now when I close my personal loan. My friend told me that I was paying rate of interest 21-22%. So please check before disbursement of your loan. On Google search EMI calculator.
