This building is in a very narrow and crowded road, so please be sure to check out traffic alerts on Google maps before leaving for this place. But 98.99 % you will always find traffic here, so it's best to ride on a bike here. The building is easily accessible from the road. It is also very clean. The staff here are also very good, they always support you. You don't find that typical careless environment like government offices in here. You are always considered first.
