I am visited this place for loan closing, 1. Not well management 2. Very crowd but no open other window for helpingg customer 3. Security guard very badly misbehaving to customer 4. Please don't buy loan l&t finance so many hiddenn charges apply

L & T finance is a right place for borrowed money from them and as compared to national bank l & t has low processing time and don't wasting our time so person take easily borrow monry from the as compared to SBI,BOB etc.

Loan last emi pending ...... No service ... Only charges...... Bank charge 5to6 time extra charges l&t not submit Our late request to bank . Then not return our charge. Ex-our emi 5500 Bank charge -800450450700 approx. Customer service staff -block our number after pay emi. Not reply again. They ask go your bank Banker ask go to L&t most time pass .

Very poor service and mis behaviourI have taken home loan from L&T and I have been positively supported by them..... But due ti certain issues of Yes Bank I have been asked to pay penalty as they are suing on me that your check has been bounced inspite of my account is holding sufficient balances..... I have handed over my cheque to Mr.Rahul Rana and i got a very positve response from him in the same way I also got good support from Darshil Ariwala.... But the response of their some staff like Dharmesh Pandya and others were very disobedient and rude as they don't posses professional etiquettes of how to deal with a customer which is very insulting to me.... I hereby suggest the company to change dis kind of pathetically behaving staff or train them in developing customer relations..... I hereby request humbly to the company to read my this review and reply at earliest possible..... Thank you
