Shear negligence. Patients are not attended on time. Staff is rude and just makes you lingre around form one ward to other. Not recommended at all. No proper Management our staff available. For a simple swap test they made me wait for more than 2 hours, no one was attending me or answering any of my questions. No proper Covid testing team available. Emergency ward didnt have enough doctor to attend the Patients and the staff was making excuses.

Dr Ramesh Surti is excellent with Good Clinical experience, Hospital Ambience is excellent n caring for patients, I am from.Delhi but currently at Hazira taking treatment in this hospital with Dr Ramesh Surti. Overall excellent n good medical care Support staff is also excellent .

One of the worst administration staff ever experienced in life. Though the hospital is of 21st century, the working style is of 18th century. Long waiting times with noncooperative staff (especially Pharmaceutical staff) Management need to improve a lot. Language barrier, all staff is south Indian and couldn't understand local language. Non of the fellow is ready to take any responsibility. Really feeling very disappointed with the management of the world class hospital.

The most pathetic hospital in surat. Charges are of 5 star category and service is worst than a 1 star category. Dr Amit shah is a fraud doctor. My father was admitted for covid treatment. He hardly visited him once during the stay. The food they provide is worst. Even the prisoners food is much better than theirs. They will charge for tests without the patient or relatives concern. All charges are very high. No cleanliness is available in the rooms and bathroom. There were cockroaches in the covid patients room which they charge extra for sanitizing the rooms. The furniture was broken and vandalized. The staff is also very disappointing as for every thing you want you need to remind for atleast 4-5 times. Overall don't visit this hospital unless you want the patient to not recover. The patient get much ill mentally in this hospital which my father literally have faced.

Pathetic experience. The doctor doesn't inform the patient about anything, they never counsil the patient, hardly any time is given during rounds, used canulas and cotton pads are left next to the patient.The diagnosing time and skill is very very poor. Very lethargic staff. Wrong reports were attached in my patient's file. All that they do is prolong the stay, diagnose late and take a lot of money. Wish I could give minus rating.
