It was good in past but now poor service and looks more money oriented. Very bad experience in expensive progressive glass. Even brand new frame was scratched.

Spend a lot of money for two pair of spects and lenses. Got scratch on limited edition frame when I went to pick up the spects. Told them everything and got absolutely weird customer service. Not trusted anymore

" PLEASE DON'T BUY SPECTACLES FROM HERE , CHEATER SHOP." Once I ordered a spectacle from here , i saw many frames and then select one i saw the spectacle shape which I selected is perfect and I selected fiber glasses .when my spectacle is ready then I told then this is improper shape they said it's perfect .they cheated me through gave me improper shape frame and fiber glasses quality is very poor .After some days spectacle is not fit properly on my nose one side is up and second side is down .left side and right side frame shape is totally different. Then I go to this shop for fix it , they don't listen your problem and said it's ok .they only focus on big value frame's customer , they completely ignored me . Then again went there and I wanted their help but again they not helping me.wrost experience ever.
