The Worst Experience.. !! Radiologist and Receptionist are good but manager behaviors is worst. She (manager) doesn't know how to talk with patient/customer. She has no capability to be a manager. She talked very rudely with us (patient/customer). We went for whole abdomen and pelvis USG as suggested by doctor. Our doctor told that it looks like umbilical hernia, doctor suggested for whole abdomen and pelvis USG which cost Rs. 650 at this center. Manager told that if doctor has doubt about hernia then we have separate report for "WHOLE ABDOMEN WITH HARANIA (physical screening) Rs. 1000" which cost is Rs. 1000. It's general knowledge that umbilical hernia comes under abdomen only. I paid Rs. 1000, then they should give proper report on Inguinal hernia. Femoral hernia. Umbilical hernia. Incisional hernia. Epigastric hernia and Hiatal hernia... But What they gave normal "SONOGRAPHY OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS" report. Really funny.. !!!!! . I have talked with radiologist, she said that you only required whole abdomen- pelvis USG as it's only umbilical hernia. Manager has lack of knowledge and over confidence. I'm 100% sure that this google review portal could be handled by that manager only and she will not allow to publish this review post on google page. Facility is good but manager behavior is worst. This center is handled by Nakoda Bhairav Foundation Trust then they should not make fool to customer/patient. "Nakoda Bhairav" God is watching that trust people are making fool to customer to earn money by keeping such worst manager who is making fool and talks badly with customer\\patient. I have attached all images here so at least foundation trust people can see what's going on at their place under so called "MANAGER".
