I would like to thank Dr. Chetan Sheladia and Pahal hospital staff for their support, overwhelming care and response. My father prostate was operated in Oct 2020, and this is one of the exceptional case as prostate gland was enlarge by three times then normal. Prior to the operation there was a urine infection which was treated efficiently. Post to the infection treatment Doctor suggested operation as there was no alternative left. Before operation we had three consulting sessions with Dr. Chetan and it was so convincing as he gave ample time to make us understand, which provided us the confident to move forward. During these consulting sessions and every follow up post operation we received proper response and enough time to discuss with doctor. Also staff was cooperative during the stay and on every follow up visit. Hospital cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained and charges were affordable. Only suggestion to make some provision for ventilation for air flow in non AC room. Dr. Chetan proper consulting with enough time to listen to patient questions and queries is the key factor of success, also staff coordination with Follow up over phone was really appreciated during the time of Covid 19. Again I would like to thank Dr Chetan Sheladia and Pahal hospital staff for their hardwork and dedication towards the patients.
