I have booked A/c sleeper bus for Porbandar from Surat though mmt.. This bus has rute from Vapi to Porbandar.. It came on time at 10 Pm at surat.. When I see my bus I was socked.. It's completely transformation.. Now Patel travels has started various bus..i want to say premium bus on affordable prices.. New look.. Completely new Bus.. Clean bus..Superb interior.. Every barth has pillow, mattress and blanket, they are also providing Wi-Fi in bus.. Also there is facility that we can track their bus in real time.. Till now buses are new but I hope people/pasaanger will use it with manner.. Keep it new and clean always.. I also want to tell you that I am writing this comment after 3 hours of my journey when it stop at one hotel at that time I seen one other Patel travels same type of AC bus brand new.. I asked one passenger that from where it came.. He told me it came from Vapi and going Bhuj.. I again surprise.. That was also brand new bus.. Then I search on there website.. They have listed there some new services same I am also attaching here.. And also attaching photos of my bus..You can get this type or premium bus service on affordable prices.. And yes now Patel travel has upgraded his all services to serve us better.. And lastly my bus driver is also well dressed and professional.. He know.. How to drive.. Not too fast not too slow.. But he is driving bus very smoothly.. I hope all will enjoy Bus service of Patel Travels and it may grow like this and give us time to time upgraded services like this... Jay Hind..

Very bad experience of wrong drop location because they become late and very bad behaviour by staff. This was my second bad experience in it. Never recommend this. Instead give more money and have good service with eagle or mahasagar.

Very nice travel agency. They have amazing buses and they are mostly clean. They run on time and staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend spending a little more for this!

Never book a sleeper bus from Surat to Rajkot. The buses are in the worst possible condition and the staff is rude.
