Every member gets personal attention, I liked that thing the most. I mostly had lifting sessions with Raxit. Because of PCOD, I had hard time losing weight and it gets depressing but with good cardio training with some lifting, I am so happy now to see change in my body. If you like outdoor exercise, one hour batches on terrace are awesome with some fresh air. Sandip takes cardio sessions and can make you work hard a lot. Aerobics, high intensity intervals training and varieties of exercises keeps it interesting, and doesn't make it boring same typed. You get options to choose what kind of exercise suits your body type and trainers can get you information about diet plans as well to induce your outcome. I appreciate the security provided(biometrics) to avoid any outsider from trespassing and the precautions for corona(sanitizer at every equipment). Overall, I am glad I chose Red-x.

very good staff give good attention to all members all eqvipments are new just renovated with steam bath have 6000 sq.ft. carpet area and have only 12000/- per year charge for all this
