I got my treatment and hair transplant done in mumbai in 2016, soon in 2017 i shifted to surat and have been undergoing follow-up and 'anagrow treatment in surat citylight clinic. Recently 3 months back, my anagrow treatment package was due for renewal, and i renewed it after multiple reminders from dr alpa however its been over 3 months and there is no ND person to do the treatment and when i ask for a refund due to poor service, im told to complain on customercare (who dont pickup the calls) and get a rude answer from Tejal that "Hum Ghar pe paisa leke nathi jate". Clinic takes advance for treatment so they should be ready with the techincal person or not take advances in first place. Very Disappointed, i strongly recommend anyone NOT to choose richfeel, there are many better hair fall treatment clinics in surat now.

NEVER GIVEUP

Too much disappointed by service, did't attend though i had appointment and it happened three times.. once they denied to attend though doctor was available & rest two times appointment was given but doctor wasn't available.. Behavior of staff was very rude..i recommend all not to visit them for any of their services... they really don't care about customer's time being wasted by such unprofessional behavior... They doesn't even deserve a single star....
