We came here for our son's treatment here as he was a preterm baby and needed immediate attention. And he was taken care very well. Staff was nice and supportive, doctors( SAURIN)was very nice and their behaviour was very good. We find satisfaction in all their services. Premise was very clean and hygienic. And it feels a good decision now to choose this hospital for our son's treatment.... Very nice hospital and reasonable charges. Best children hospital in SURAT.

We visited Dr. Shyamal Patel and Dr. Chirag Bhalvani at Saachi Children Hospital, Surat for clubfoot treatment of our son Ahaan. Both the doctors are very professional, knowledgeable and master/expert of their work. In the beginning, Chirag Sir was not available so we interacted only with Shyamal Sir but during the last 2 plasters even Chirag Sir was available and we interacted with him as well. Shyamal Sir guided us about the entire process so well. He gave us all the details and explained us about the things that we need to take care during the entire process and even about the things to be taken care of after the treatment. Its not just about the subject knowledge, Shyamal Sir is very soft spoken, polite and gem of a person. Many a times I have called him even during emergency and everytime he has guided me with the same politeness. During the last stages of our treatment even Chirag Sir guided us very well and helped us in every manner possible about the treatment and post-treatment care by parents. Both doctors are the only specialists Paediatric Orthopaedic in Surat. If your child has clubfoot just go visit Dr. Shyamal and Dr. Chirag without even thinking for once. This duo is gem of a doctors for your child’s clubfoot treatment. Last but not the least, personal assistant of doctor, Sheetal Sister is also very helpful polite and knowledgeable person. She is always ready to help 24x7 with smile. She takes care of the entire schedule and follow-up visit information and communication. Sheetal Sister is also gem of a person. I had to call her as well during emergencies and she has always helped us happily. Must visit doctors for your child’s clubfoot treatment. Thank you so much Dr. Shyamal Sir, Dr. Chirag Sir and Sheetal Sister and all other supporting staff member to help see through our child’s entire treatment. Dr.Shyamal sir and Dr.Chirag Sir is very experienced doctor in Saachi Hospital. I have been consulting him for 10 months for my Daughter's clubfoot condition. very excellent in treatment and way of receiving the patients. We are very happy. And secretary is also very good very polite towards they helped us alot for my Daughter's clubfoot treatment. strongly recommend to my Friends n Relatives to this Saachi Children Hospital.

Very good team of doctors for children. In this period of COVID-19, there is no sanitation tunnel at the entrance of the hospital and only one point for hand sanitizer at the entry. They should provide hand sanitizer at all floor passages for admitted patients and their relatives. They should also mark seat for visitors as per guidelines of government.
