Dhawal was so helpful from start to finish. I wanted a particular style created for my now fiancée (!), and him and his team did a fantastic job. The only issue was the time it took because of lockdown and covid etc, but otherwise it was great. We communicated regularly via email and phone as I am from the UK, but the quality and delivery was spot on. Can't fault anything

I ordered my engament diamond ring from the Sarvada website. Originally, I was skeptic about ordering jewelry online but the service provided by them is outstanding. The diamond options are very nice and are good value for money. Bhavesh from customer service helped understand all the details of each diamond I wanted to see.They do not provide ASET scope images for diamonds lower than 1carat but all the other details and high resolutions images and videos are provided. I ordered a trial ring before ordering the final one and it was perfect. The whole process went extremely smooth and I am happy with my purchase.

I live in the UK and have purchased 2 items from Sarvada over the last few months. Dhawal at Sarvada has been fantastic in supporting me through the purchase process. What sets them apart in the support they provide in choosing the right stones, the choice of metals and in both occasions they have given me advice which is appropriate for me rather than what makes them the money. They are extremely transparent and keep you informed of the progress. As and when the jewellery was ready, they sent me pictures and videos of the ornaments. They were quick to respond and have answered all my queries. Following my initial purchase earlier in the year, I went back and bought another ornament again. Highly recommended.

Bought a solitaire from sarvada. It was online purchase and delivered on time. Happy with overall shopping experience. They got beautiful pendant designs. Diamonds are certified by IGI and GIA. Best thing I liked about them was the variety of diamonds you can buy from there website and their personal suggestions regarding same.
