Very poor response from the staff. When patients are approaching with not in condition to stand,your staffs communication is not good. We are paying and then taking service. Report related no issue ,but way of behaving by staff is irresponsive and insulting.

Worst lab in surat. Worst service and worst staff. They don’t even give your report on time. Worst and useless lab. Don’t go there. They don’t value your situation and even they don’t know the meaning of emergency/urgency.

To all the people who want a genuine transparent look into the lab: Yes there are reviews that the staff is rude but when they have to do 2k tests for the same thing then anyone would be on the tip of their nerves. As for their reputation is concerned they were one of the first few private labs in surat to come forward for testing in the beginning of this unprecedented time just to provide their service to the people. As for their dedication, they got expensive specialized testing machinery all the way from South Korea and Germany just to increase the number of people they can provide their facilities to and if you think that it was for money then you are sorely mistaken since they won't charge you a single rupee more than what the government had capped it to be and they make just pennies out off each test As far as authenticity is in doubt, mistakes are made everywhere and it won't matter to them if there is a positive or a negative case since their job is just to tell, nothing else, they won't be treating you nor will they admit you into the hospital. That choice is a personal one to be made and honestly speaking with all the tools at their disposal, the chance of making a mistake is very minimal On a personal level, these people have worked really hard to be where they are and the risk they are taking for us, they deserve to be called doctors. Dr Vaniawala and his team work day in and day out be it on weekdays or weekends no matter what they are personally going through and if you don't belive me then try sitting with one of them with more than 5 minutes without being interrupted by atleast 3 different calls

Very rude people.behaving like they r providing free service.dont go for covid test here.very fake report they give. I have tested positive here n after 2 days I tested in Mumbai in result was negative.very very very fake lab n producing fake reports.dont go here at any cost.very rude n fake people
