Nice talking to them. They are crazy for customer experience and will go beyond the limits to prove it. Oils business is a very tricky business and only a knowledgeable person can understand it. Their owner is highly educated and is running this business since years. He solved all the concerns related to oil quality. Remember all oils quality is dependent on the person you are buying is trustworthy or not & also their market price trend. I can assure you they are people whom you can trust and buy from them and if you need any knowledge of oil grade you can enquire from them, & they will be happy to help you out. So a thumbs up for Suyash:)
