There front staff should be trained, how to behave with patients. Costs are extremely high.Interpretation of report should be extensive not only standard language. This feedback is not be treated as complaint but should be taken as a feedback.I am giving this feedback based on my own recent experience. I got reply from owner. If interested he call me.

They have the best of Equipments. The doctors try to study the entire case and discuss with the referring doctors. They also compared my previous reports which helped , suggesting that the treatment was in right direction.

Extremely costly and pathetic attitude of staff. The front desk does not respond properly and keep you waiting for hours. The nursing staff is ill-trained and is not equipped to handle basic queries of the patients. The doctors are not available for consultation and you have to literally beg the staff to arrange a meeting with them. A simple USG available in 500 rs. is charged 1200 rs. CT Scan rates are exorbitant. It seems to be a loot centre. Also, any call to the front desk is responded arrogantly, and they start conversation as - Bolo, kya kaam hain. That shows that the staff is ill-trained and uneducated. I would advise all to avoid this centre.
