Not deserved for single star due to in professional and accuracy. Me and my wife reached the shop at 1000hour and shop opening time at 10:30. 10:30 we gave a call to the number and 10:45 female crew arrived. We explained our both requirement and she agreed for all the requirement and she took my wife for her spa list. Female crew told me to wait for male cre for 10 minutes. After 1 hour male crew came and I explained again my requirements as explained before with another staff. He told me that pedicure guy is not available & One world clerked his and his shop defect - SORRY!! So we cannot move from here bcz my wife spa treatment started and am stucked here. My half day is gone like anything!! What u guys feel in this situation !!!
