I have tried vardhaman travels twice in last 2 years for Surat to Kanpur, both the times they took 36 hrs to reach the destination instead of 24 hrs. Both the times their bus was punctured and the service was worst. They don't care any customer and their time. I will suggest not to take their service at any cost.
Don't even deserve 1 star. Late service. Bad behavior, etc. Will never recommend
Bus pick up time was 8.30 it came at 10.28. there seats were not clean. Bad service.
