Worst ever wifi servicd ever. I am using it since a year. And till now everyday there is an issue occur in connection. And there is no one available to listen the complain. Don't ever purchase this worst connection ever

The worst Broadband Service. Complaints are not resolved from last 14 days. Their customer call center is also the worst. I recommend to go with other broadband rather than this. Waste of Money!

There is not any minus rating available. If it was available then i would prefer to give that only. There is not even single advantage of this internet connection. These are the below main advantages of having this broadband : 1) weekly 2 days maintenance work 2) Improper installation 3) Continuously interrupted connection 4) Automatic complain close system without resolution 5) There is not any senior customer service executive to take complaint to next level 6) Customer care always repeats the message sorry for trouble 7) Every 24 hour callback system to solve your problem for at least 7 days 8) internet speeds automatically decreases after technicians leaves your home 9) You can find below attached screenshot for proof 10) Appellate authority tries to solve after our plan gets expired. There are still many other advantages which i can mention but i think it is sufficient for this you broadband and their customers. You can only take this broadband connection if you want above advantages only.

Never ever purchase any you broadband plans.. I have purchased from You broadband 15 mbps plan person from whom i have purchased has told me that it is 12 3 month free but still after 12 month remaining 2 months not added in my account. This is total fraud better to go for GTPL or Airlink.. Think 1000 times before purchasing youbroadband

Zero star. No response for customer care for my complains I continuosly gave complains for around 1 and half months (almost 40 days) No solution for my interrupted service. They have just one number for all your complaint, service, account related issue. No one is taking your complaint seriously and finally you think of police complaint against you broadband. Don't don't please don't but. Early one year was fabulous service. But since last one month i m waiting for solution. Finally gave complaint to consumer grievance (govt body)

They don't care for customers after getting money. My internet is not working and I am calling them every day but no solution provided. They keep on saying that their person will fix issue asap, we have forwarded your complain on priority basis, but no solution at the end. Poor customer Service...
