ago You broadband is offering Very bad Service in Surat. Do not subscribe it's internet broadband service. They took so much time to tell us that we'll not be able to shift your connection to your new home address. 2 months plan is still remaining. They said they'll not give refund of that. Simply I've made loss of time and money because of YOU broadband. They are not taking care about their customers. They don't even check reviews on Google. WORST SERVICE, FAKE PROMISE, BAD INTERNET SERVICE, ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. DO NOT BUY ANY BROADBAND PLAN OF YOU BROADBAND,SURAT

It is a seriously pathetic service. The way they treat their customer and the kind of service it provide is very lethargic and intolerable. The only person who have courage to fight for their rights can get a service, others have to just be in waiting.....very very third class company it is!!!!

If you are facing the issues please also mail your details to [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Also mention your account number, registered mobile number and other details. A mail will state the record of complaint and always mention the first complaint number for reference so every time new complaint is not raised. I have been facing ping drop issues since 3 months now. But as far as i know youbroadband is the only service good enough that airlink & other. Please if anyone is using better services do post.

Worst service ever My complain is still pending. I complaint more then 20 days ago. I called them more then 5 times. But no resolution given. They take payment for 75 mbps and giving me 30mbps. No one is responding. Please don't take new connection if you have choice. Jio is 100 times better then it. Username of you broadband : rajref

Worst service I ever seen..... problem aa raha hai connection ma 10-15 times call kaiya office pe worker bhejenge within 24 hrs still no one come...gatiya service.....

Bakvash service...... You broadband has very bad service in surat, No response from them I complaining about the connectivity since last 2 week and they are so careless in attending enquirers. They even don't have local contact details and internet connectivity is worst. Waste of money.....
